If you find you have received a genuinely faulty item please contact us with 14 days and we will be happy to replace your order if possible or refund your money. We will require the item to be sent back to us for review at your own cost and via registered post. We do not take responsibility for items lost in the post.

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
All postage within Australia is done using Australia Post Pre-paid satchels. As such, the price is determined by Australia Post based on total weight of items.
International orders are also processed by Australia Post and the rate will be calculated at checkout based on total combined weight of items.
Grandma and Me does NOT take any responsibilty for any postal articles that have tracking provided and are lost during transit. If you would like INSURANCE added to your parcel, please contact us so we can send you an invoice for it.
We happily take custom orders where possible dependent on material availability and time frames.
Please allow 4 weeks (dependent on item) for delivery on all custom orders.
